All orders are shipped using J&T Express. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing and handling are under the courier’s responsibility.

Delivery duration depends on the courier service and destination. Estimated delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. You may track your parcel directly through J&T Express.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout. House of Applelicious will not be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS & COURIER ISSUES
House of Applelicious is not liable for delays, damages, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the courier service after shipment has been arranged.
7. FAILED DELIVERY
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incomplete address, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. PARCEL CONDITION
Customers are encouraged to record a video while opening the parcel upon receiving it. This helps us assist you better in case of any issues.
